Yes, we charge a flat delivery fee of $4.99.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards. For cash payments anyone can pay and sign for the delivery, provided that he/she is at least 19 years of age and can provide 2 valid pieces of ID (one of them must be valid government issued photo ID, and the second piece can be a bank card, student Id, etc but must have your name imprinted on it)
You must be 19 years of age to be able to legally buy alcohol
We try to deliver as fast as we can but on average an order can take anywhere from 1 hour upto 3 hours
We will notify you via email or SMS message when your order has been dispatched.

Yes, if your neighbor can sign and receive your delivery as long as he/she is at least 19 years of age, can show 2 valid pieces of ID, and can pay in cash for your delivery.
